Assignment
A real task to show us how you work, on your own time.
Machine coding, round 1
Build a small working feature, live, while we watch and talk it through.
Machine coding, round 2
A second build, with a bigger problem and more design decisions.
System design round
Design a real system on a whiteboard and explain your trade-offs.
Hiring manager round
A conversation about your thinking, your goals and the team.
Offer
A written offer letter, sent from our official careers email.
For roles outside engineering, the machine coding and system design rounds are replaced by practical rounds for that role, such as a design task or a support case.
