1. Agreeing to these terms
By using the SwapHeart website or app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SwapHeart.
2. Who can use SwapHeart
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person may hold one account.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details safe.
4. How to behave
You agree not to:
- pretend to be someone else or use another person's photos;
- harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone;
- send spam, ask for money or run scams;
- share illegal, explicit or harmful content;
- use bots or scrape the service.
5. Your content
You own what you post. You give us a limited licence to show and process it so we can run SwapHeart. You promise you have the right to post it.
6. Verification and safety
We may verify profiles and may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
7. Paid features
Some features may be paid in future. Prices and terms will be shown before you buy.
8. Meeting people
SwapHeart cannot guarantee who people are or how they will behave. Please read our Safety Centre and take care when meeting anyone.
9. Liability
SwapHeart is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from your use of the service or from your dealings with other users.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using SwapHeart and delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at add city will have jurisdiction.
