SwapHeart Technologies Private Limited ("SwapHeart", "we", "us") runs the SwapHeart website and app. Add registered address

- Waitlist: your name, email address and city, which you give us when you join the waitlist.
- When the app launches: account details, profile information and photos, your preferences, ID and verification information, messages, device information and usage data.
Our AI Match demo on the website runs in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us or stored.
3. How we use it
- To run the waitlist and contact you about the launch.
- To provide, secure and improve the app, including matching and verification.
- To keep the community safe and prevent fraud and misuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run SwapHeart, under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities when the law requires it.
5. Keeping it safe and how long we keep it
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
